I recently did a search for the best anti aging regiment that works.
Surprisingly, I did not find any that incorporated all of the known
practices that extend life, so I have put it together here.
First, realize that anti aging is not for everyone. for some
reason, nature has its own way with us, and sometimes people die
for no good reason. Many people have died at 30 where the autopsy
says natural causes, so don’t worry too much about whether you
live to 160 or not – just do these things, and you’ll have a huge
advantage over everyone else.
So, here it is, the anti-aging regiment that works:
Exercise I don’t mean walk the dog. I mean break a sweat, and
get the heart pumping good for at least 20 minutes per day. it
has to be a vigorous workout, and ideally be catabolic in nature,
meaning you are lifting weights, or sprinting, or something that
wears you out quick. do this, and you’ll maximize your growth
hormone production – that master hormone that is directly linked to
aging.
Next, nutrition. Eat wholesome foods, organic if you can afford
it. Eat a well-balanced variety of foods to make sure you consume
all those nutrients we don’t yet know about.
After that, supplement. Be sure to include acetyl-l-carnitine and
alpha lipoic acid in your diet, in a 5-2 ratio, to maximize cell
energy and optimize repairs. Those little mitochondrias will love
you for it.
Next, look around for the latest research on glutathione (see below).
Glutathione is called the master antioxidant, because it repairs
every cell in the body. As we age, our glutathione production drops
off, so if you can find a way to restore it to youthful levels, you
may stop aging dead in its tracks – no pun intended
Finally – go chemical. This is only for those hard core seekers.
You can get laser skin treatments at your dermatologist’s office,
even get GH injections if you know the right medical professional.
Personally, I’m not a fan of GH injections, since it makes you dependent
for life on getting your daily dose. No fun if you run out of supplies.
This is a simple anti-aging regiment, but a powerful one. Follow it, and
in ten years, take a picture of yourself, and compare it to how you look
today, and how your friends look. You’ll be amazed at the difference
